ASCHE — terms of use

Unche Studio

ASCHE is made by Unche Studio and is free to use.

What you may do

What we ask in return

Credit Unche Studio whenever you publish or sell something made with ASCHE. A caption is enough:

Made with ASCHE — Unche Studio (unche.studio)

ASCHE puts a small credit line in the corner of every export. You may turn it off in the Artboard panel if the line does not suit the work — the request to credit us in the caption stands either way.

What you may not do

ASCHE is not open source. The program is the work of Unche Studio and stays so.

A browser has to receive a program in order to run it, so ASCHE’s code is visible in yours. Being able to read something is not permission to take it.

The fonts

Faces in the studio library are included under their own licences, each of which sits beside the font file. Ronzino, the interface face, is by Collletttivo under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Those licences govern those fonts, not this document.

Fonts you add yourself are yours and are never uploaded anywhere — they stay in your own browser.

Your work stays on your machine

ASCHE does no networking. Images, video, camera, fonts and everything you make are processed in your browser and never sent to us or to anyone else. There is no account, no server, and no record of what you make.

The hand-tracking model is fetched once from this site the first time you switch Hands on, then kept in your browser. That request carries nothing about you or your work.

No warranty

ASCHE is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind. Unche Studio is not liable for any loss or damage arising from using it. Save your work.
